Another source of literature about management of healthcare operations would be the article databases - see the "Health/Business Articles" tab. (TIP: try both 'healthcare' and "health care" when you search!)
The course description says it is "strongly recommended" that you take FIN 413 - Corporate Finance - before taking this course. Let us assume you have done that, and still have the textbook for that course. That is probably your best source of information for the "corporate finance" theories, etc. aspect of this course. But if you need more... here are some suggestions. These three are all ebooks, no trip to the library necessary!
