About SciFinder-n

The SciFinder-n database (1879+) identify articles from journals, patents, conferences, books and dissertations in chemistry, medicine and related subjects, with some links to full text.

Introduction

SciFinder-n is a user interface to a few databases, Chemical Abstracts, Registry, Medline, and ChemZent.  Descriptions of these are below.  The content is curated by people, covering the largest collection of publicly disclosed information on chemistry and related research.  These databases covers chemistry in great depth and breadth and is updated daily by scientifically educated specialists.

Off Campus Access

All electronic library resources, including e-journals, databases, and course reserves, are available to current students, faculty, and staff from off-campus using either your My Account/NetID or VPN access.  When you click on the link of a restricted library resource from the libraries' website, you will be prompted to login.
