LibAnswers User Guide and Best Practices

Miner Libraries, River Campus Libraries, and Sibley Music Library each have a separate instance of LibAnswers, all connected on the backend.  This allows each campus to maintain their own system while also being able to monitor shared service points and transfer requests between campuses when needed.
